The Building and Infrastructure unit has been consistently winning significant national and international projects. We are therefore expanding and developing the Altrincham Bridge Engineering team to support our capability to deliver high quality, cost effective and tailored engineering solutions to our public and private sector clients. We're looking for a dynamic Bridge Engineer to work on a variety of projects including Holton Borough Framework, Network Rail works, Nottingham Tram, and Strengthening of M53 highway structures/bridges.

As a Senior Bridge Engineer, you will be involved on a variety of high profile public and industry projects. The role will be challenging, demanding, varied and offer fantastic opportunities for skill set and career development. The main responsibilities will include:

-Managing projects and leading design teams throughout all project phases from bidding to completion.
-Working on a range of both road and rail bridge commissions, ranging from inspection and design assessment work to feasibility studies.
-Engineering refurbishment and replacement schemes and engineering design on new build projects.

We're looking for a Chartered Bridge Engineer with excellent technical skills, project management experience and good verbal and written communication skills.
