BASED Marlow, Bucks (however operating across the UK) The Senior New Business Sales Consultant role, will involve working with some of the most successful organisations in the UK delivering innovative and class leading services supporting Microsoft technology based PPM Solutions. CPS wishes to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced sales person to join our exceptional team of Business, Project, Managing and IT consultants. The Company CPS has successfully built the UK's largest Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint based project management solutions practice. CPS has been consulting with clients for over: 500 Years of P3M, Project & SharePoint experience 400 Clients trained in technology and process 300 Project, PMO and Business Resources placed 400 National and international consulting engagements 200 Industry Accreditations APMG, ACO 700 Clients across a range of industry sectors The Role Your role will involve identifying and following up potential leads and qualifying opportunities with a focus on maximising every aspect of the client's needs using all aspects of communication, including calling, face-to-face meetings, proposals and follow up calls to close deals and reach your targets. Your job responsibilities will be to: Drive sales into mid and upper market segments Build and manage a sales pipeline Work with account teams, partners, and other team members as required Develop in-depth understanding of these products and related solutions Communicate the value they bring in solving business problems Achieve high customer satisfaction, references and case studies to support future sales You will need to have a thorough understanding of selling business solutions and not just technology in order to present at director level and clearly understand client's requirements. Ideally you will have 4/5 years' experience in selling business/consulting solutions and you should be able to clearly demonstrate a track record of managing all aspects of the sales life cycle from lead identification through to sales closure. An established network of contacts will be considered an asset. The Person In order to succeed in this role it is essential that you have the following skills and experience Be a self-starter and motivated by success Strong background in selling end to end business solution projects - from start to finish Ability to work with and understand client problem statements Ideally you will have a good knowledge of Microsoft technology and will be able to articulate propositions, business value and solution functionality. You will come from a business solutions sales background. Ability to collaborate and involve appropriate resources to ensure win and success of projects. Demonstrate solid judgment and approach to complex problem solving by utilising strong collaboration skills with virtual teams and cross-functional groups. Knowledge of real world business management issues Proven ability to build relationships with partners, Microsoft and executive level contacts, inside and outside of IT, Ability to present sales campaign results and strategy at senior management level, whilst considering the variety of knowledge levels within the audience CPS Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
