The Sales Administrator will take responsibility for all supporting administrative functions to enable the sales team to focus on their core activities. The successful candidate will be well educated and ideally from a sales administration background. Ideal candidates for the role are efficient and adaptable workers with good all-round administrative abilities, including a working knowledge of spread sheets. They must have excellent customer service skills and be good organisers The role will report in to the EPM Sales Director Key Responsibilities * Works as part of the sales team * Works to agreed objectives * Undertake telephone follow up of leads and opportunities * Supports designated members of the Sales Team eg Account Managers, Sales Representatives etc. * Liaises with customers as required * Work closely with other Lines of Business as required. * Providing administrative support to the sales team Maintaining client records Generating pipeline reports Ensuring sales & account management staff update forecasts and client records Generating and editing PowerPoint presentations, if required Generating and editing Word documents, if required Following the new starters and leavers processes as required Raising quotes Chasing proposals Making appointments * Organising the travel and accommodation bookings for the sales team * Co-ordinating customer and partner events/meetings/conference calls * Co-ordinating internal meetings * Providing additional secretarial support eg diary management, progress chasing and monthly reporting as required and expense management * Ad-hoc admin support, eg answering phones, greeting visitors, for the head of HR & Administration during departmental absences and busy/lunch periods Accountabilities * Undertake client and opportunity telephone follow ups as required * Respond quickly, accurately and professionally to all correspondence * Maintain up to date and accurate records (paper and web based) eg key customer information * Book meeting rooms facilities * Arrange catering for customer and partner meetings * Liaise with customers and partners to ensure meetings run smoothly and requirements are met * Generating reports as required for the Sales Management team * Operate in line with CPS processes and procedures Professional Competencies * Telephone manner * Communication * Customer Focus * Quality * Building Relationships * Teamwork * Results Orientation * Personal Drive * Planning & Organising * Problem Solving * Organisational Awareness CPS Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.

You will be responsible for providing accurate forecasting, reporting and analysis to support the free cash flow (FCF) process for companies and entities within our client’s European territory.
Focusing on FCF management, you will prepare the annual plan and engage with other business leaders to ensure that all operating plans are understood and fully adhered to.
Preparing the monthly FCF forecast, you will analyse results, provide variance explanations and recommend corrective actions to ensure that both quarterly and annual requirements are achieved.
To be considered, you must have:
- Basic financial analysis experience
- Strong financial and/or management reporting skills
- Experience gained with a finance team within a medium to large business
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to create pivot tables, VLookups, HLookups and use macros
If you are currently working towards an accountancy qualification, such as CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CA or CPA, this would be highly beneficial to your application. A background in technology, media or new media would also be highly advantageous.

A leading and world-renowned defence company is seeking a Process Engineer to ensure that the Value Stream and Line Team have the capability to produce goods and services safely to a required specification, cost, quality and timescale.
The Process Engineer role integrates with business groups including Supply Chain, Programme Management & Engineering to introduce new products via the Lifecycle Management Process, ensuring that capital investment is appropriated to achieve benchmark capability in the manufacture of components, assemblies, final configuration and test, to mitigate manufacturing risks by carrying out producibilty plans, facilities reviews and defining Operational strategies. The post-holder will develop and maintain cost efficient and safe manufacturing processes and product structures consistent with lean manufacturing principles and be aware of process and test capabilities and recognise organisational core competencies. The post-holder will employ a structured approach to root cause problem solving where quality, cost or delivery are substandard as a result of process definition or capability. The role involves implementing methods and practices to reduce variation, demonstrate ability to understand sources of variation and identify impact by applying problem solving techniques such as Design for six sigma, 8D, FMEA, DFM/A. As a Process Engineer you will develop and integrate new processes and methodologies in order to provide competitive advantages for the business. You will also compose capital expenditure justifications for acquisition of equipment to support emerging and existing technologies, train your associates, access tooling requirements for new programmes for the robust and efficient methods of manufacture and finally approach vendors for quotations and produce tooling to meet budget.
Candidates for this role will be effective communicators able to liaise with business functions and dependencies, have excellent time management skills, be IT literate being able to generate and analyse data to establish trends and propose data driven solutions. The successful candidate will be a Lean Practitioner with experience of Six Sigma process control and have practical engineering experience within a high technology environment with exacting quality requirements.
