SEN Teacher
A lovely SEN school requires a SEN Teacher for an ongoing position. This post is for 5 days per week supporting children with MLD and complex needs.
This school in Worcester provides education for children with MLD aged 11-19 years. Some children have additional need such as SEBD, ASD, VI, HI and speech and language difficulties. The classes are small in size due to the nature of the impairments with a maximum of 12 students.
SEN Teachers must have the following:
* Hold QTS
* Have experience of working in an SEN environment
* Possess a genuine enthusiasm for special needs
* Have a good level of patience
* Ideally have had formal training, although this is desirable but not essential

The Company
Our Client is a leading UK manufacturer of flexographic printed films and bags for the packaging of retail food products. With an extensive blue chip customer base . We are currently looking to recruit Shift Technicians within our Engineering Department to support the manufacturing process.
The Role
Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that machine breakdowns and preventative maintenance are completed in a timely manner. You will ensure that procedures are followed and that documentation is completed as necessary. You will work closely with Departmental Managers and shift personnel to ensure that production requirements are met, whilst maintaining the highest standards of Health and Safety at all times.
The Person
You will be qualified to electrical NVQ 3 level or equivalent and have knowledge and experience of working within a manufacturing environment. Openings are available to those who have not yet had the opportunity to complete a qualification but experienced commercial electrical machinery, a strong technical aptitude is desired should this be the case. You will have the ability to work using your own initiative and be able to communicate at all levels. You will be self-motivated and thrive on working in a challenging environment.
The Package
The position offers a salary of 18k to 24k depending on knowledge and experience. There is also a Company pension scheme, profit share scheme and share save scheme in operation.
The Company will also ensure that you receive continuous training and development within the role.
