Finance Business partner required by leading Retail PLC in South Birmingham. This newly created, highly commercial role will allow the successful individual full financial ownership for sales, margin, and capex for the retail business as well as being a dedicated business partner to the category managers across the business. Shift Maintenance Engineer/ Shift Technician
£18,000 - £24,000 per annum
(Working 12 hour shift pattern)
The Company
Our Client is a leading UK manufacturer of flexographic printed films and bags for the packaging of retail food products. With an extensive blue chip customer base . We are currently looking to recruit Shift Technicians within our Engineering Department to support the manufacturing process.
The Role
Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that machine breakdowns and preventative maintenance are completed in a timely manner. You will ensure that procedures are followed and that documentation is completed as necessary. You will work closely with Departmental Managers and shift personnel to ensure that production requirements are met, whilst maintaining the highest standards of Health and Safety at all times.
The Person
You will be qualified to electrical NVQ 3 level or equivalent and have knowledge and experience of working within a manufacturing environment. Openings are available to those who have not yet had the opportunity to complete a qualification but experienced commercial electrical machinery, a strong technical aptitude is desired should this be the case. You will have the ability to work using your own initiative and be able to communicate at all levels. You will be self-motivated and thrive on working in a challenging environment.
The Package
The position offers a salary of 18k to 24k depending on knowledge and experience. There is also a Company pension scheme, profit share scheme and share save scheme in operation.
The Company will also ensure that you receive continuous training and development within the role.

Independent AVON Sales Leaders are self-employed and earn commission on their sales and also earn commission on their team sales. You will be earning between 20% and 25% on your whole orders to Avon PLUS an average of 4% of your team sales (to start) - the commission levels can increase to 12% of your team sales as you move up the 4 levels. You are paid commission on your team 3 levels down. The average commission at level 2 is 6%, average commission at level 3 is 9% and at level 4 the average commission is 10% on your team sales. This is an MLM opportunity with vast earning potential.
