Connaught Resourcing have been requested to search for an experienced, confident and friendly Children centre manager to work on a part-time basis for a beautiful children centre based in the North Birmingham. The successful candidate should a passion for childcare, have high standards and be able to work under pressure while having a friendly and supportive attitude to the role.

The centre has an outstanding reputation and are always encouraging their staff to be the best and this has resulted in them having an 'outstanding' in OFSTED.

Our client desires the candidate to have a level 4 or above in childcare and have at least 2 years experience in being a deputy or management within a Children centre as you will be expected to deal with the every day running of the centre as well as having knowledge of the EYFS framework.

This is a full time and permanent role and will give the successful newly qualified RE teacher the chance to complete your NQT Induction year.
