Interaction Recruitment are looking for a new team of Inbound Sales Advisors in the Birchwood area of Warrington. The new team are looking to head up a new department within one of our largest UK clients.

The role is a Sales Through Service position, where both customer service skills and sales experience will play a large part in being successful. Taking inbound call from customers across the UK, you will need to be able to spot opportunities for selling a range of products from one of the leading retailers in telecommunications.

We have had a request to expand the team as soon as possible, so we are holding registrations and interviews on week commencing Monday 6th May 2013.

£17,000 per annum, with 20%+ OTE.

Brichwood, Warrington.

Hours: Flexible shifts from 8am to 9pm, Monday through to Sunday.

Development Finance Management Accountant

You will be responsible for providing a financial reporting service in respect of the Development/Housing Properties including developing reporting tailored to their requirements. In particular, the role will be responsible for the maintenance of the Housing Asset Register ensuring it reflects component accounting computation of the Growth and Sales annual budgets, management accounts information & projected financial out-turn. The Management Accountant will work in partnership with the Head of Financial Planning, Head of Financial Control, Commercial Business Partners and Growth Management Team.

The successful candidate will have experience of preparing capital project cash forecasts and cash flow analysis. You will have a strong record in proving financial support in a social housing sector. You will demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong and successful relationships with internal and external customers and team members and staff from other others of the business.

You will ideally be a fully qualified member of a recognised accounting body (i.e. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA).

Management Accountant (YHG/Outlook)

In particular, the role will be responsible for the computation of the parent company, director lead annual budgets, management accounts & projected financial out-turn. The Management Accountant will work in partnership with the Head of Financial Control, Finance Manager – Management Accounts, Commercial Business Partners from Finance and the Leadership Management Teams.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate sound finance/resources management and effective fulfilment of regulatory finance requirements and have a strong track record in providing support in a large, multi departmental organisation. You will also have the ability to make sound judgements which balance commercial realities and manage risk.

You will demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong and successful relationships with internal and external customers and team members and staff from other others of the business.
