Application Support / Software Support/ Support Analyst
Our client is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join their support department within this award winning technology company. Already dominant with their field, they have exciting plans to grow the business with massive growth strategies and this Application Support Analyst is vital to maintain the excellent record of customer satisfaction.
With a range of products and services with high visibility, some which you have probably used yourself, they are responsible for generating and processing huge amounts of revenue for their clients.
To be successful in this role you will already be providing application support, ideally a bespoke application or Software Support.
As Application Support Analyst you will be the first point of contact when dealing with customer queries either by phone or email while working to agreed SLA’s.
You will identify faults and resolve issues where possible before escalating to the development team.
Included in this role is the chance to assist in the deploying and implementing of new services, Systems Acceptance Testing as well as day to day monitoring of systems.
Requirements
• Application Support or bespoke software support experience.
• Degree Qualified – (ideally in an IT related degree)
Beneficial

As part of the Application Support team you will receive full training one the range of software and applications. You will be required to join the on call rota but this is limited and comes with additional remuneration as well as contributions to your home broadband and phone costs.
With a salary of up to £25k this is accompanied with an excellent benefits package including Annual Bonus Scheme, Pension, Private Medical Insurance, Call out and Standby payment.
