Job Description
 
As a Housekeeping Hotel Supervisor with Crystal Ski you will be expected to have the knowledge and experience of hotel operations to ensure that our customers have a fantastic holiday. A challenging, but rewarding job that would suit any candidate with experience in the hospitality industry.
As a Hotel Supervisor you will be a highly motivated individual ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout our Club Hotels. You will need to be extremely organised with good people management skills, keeping your team of hosts motivated in their housekeeping duties. You will also be responsible for staff rotas, stocktaking, ordering & budgeting of supplies and linen.
 
Using your excellent customer services skills, you will play a big part in making sure our guests have a fantastic holiday. This is a great step towards hotel management and the opportunity to get a real insight in to the hospitality industry whilst also allowing you plenty of time to get out on the mountain and enjoy the experience.
 
We're looking for applicants with people management experience and experience working in a ski resort environment. Candidates need to be motivated to work towards targets and be able to instill this enthusiasm in their team.
 
Requirements
 
Essential
Evidence of customer service experience working with a diverse range of customer profiles.
Previous experience of being able to lead and motivate a team, preferably in a supervisory role.
Previous housekeeping experience.
Previous team leading or supervisory experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic and positive manner.
Flexible working approach with the ability to adapt to any situation.
Ability to work autonomously/unsupervised.
Excellent team player.
Strong Attention to detail.
 
Desirable
 
Second language to a conversational level in French, German, Spanish or Italian.
Previous experience working in a ski resort.

Job Description Working a winter in childcare with Crystal Ski is a great way to use your childcare qualification in the exciting environment of a ski resort. You will be working with a team in one of our kids clubs, caring for either our youngest customers ranging from 6 months - 4 years in our Pepi Penguin Club or our young customers ranging from 4 - 11 years old in our Whizz Kid Club. We want all the children in our care to have a safe and fun holiday and you are responsible for providing a stimulating, caring and safe environment to the highest standards. As part of the Pepi Penguin Club you could also be employed as Crystal Private nanny in the customer's chalets, at times you may also be needed to help care for the 4-11year old children in the Whizz Kids Club. Similarly, if you are part of the Whizz Kid Club, you will be responsible for providing the children with an active and exciting experience with bum boarding, snowman building, arts and crafts and drop offs and pick ups from ski school Our Childcare positions require you to be qualified in childcare to either NVQ Level 2 or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, hold a valid First Aid certificate and be CRB screened. Previous experience in childcare and the package holiday environment is an advantage. Being able to ski is not crucial but a desire to learn will mean you have a fantastic winter season. Please make sure that if you apply for this role you have copies of your childcare qualifications as well as a valid First Aid certificate (or be booked on a First Aid course) as you will need these for your interview. Based in Leeds
We are currently recruiting an Aftersales & Operations Advisor for our Austravel brand. Austravel are part of the Specialist Holidays Group Division which is part of TUI Travel PLC's Specialist & Activity Sector.
The successful applicant will follow operational and administration procedures for Austravel to ensure the smooth provision and accurate delivery of all client holidays. They will provide the highest level of prompt, accurate, efficient and cost effective services to all of Austravel's internal and external clients and suppliers whilst maintaining client loyalty.
What You'll Be Doing
• Authorise / Quality check all confirmed bookings, identifying potential savings & increased revenue opportunities for the business
• Conduct outbound calling to actively promote land products and extras to maximise profit and enhance the customers Austravel experience
• Manage GDS airline queues
• Ensure that all post booking, pre-departure and in resort operational and administrative issues are dealt with in a seamless, efficient and customer focused manner to ensure all clients enjoy problem free travel arrangements
• Ensure all in resort issues are resolved in resort
• Ensure that all customer contacts are handled quickly, efficiently, and in accordance with the high standards of customer care that the company aims to offer
• Investigate & resolve complaints received from customers in relation to pre-departure confirmed bookings
• Achieve and exceed call handling productivity targets for number of calls achieved, call duration and clerical time
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency to changing call volumes and adapt as required
• Ensure the delivery of late booking details to the UK and overseas representatives and airlines 
• Suggest improvements and change to meet the business needs.
• Actively seek to improve the level of service offered to customers with a commitment to go the extra mile and exceed customer expectations every time
• Take ownership and accountability of own quality of work to minimise the risk of errors
• Monitor Foreign Office Travel Advice, weather conditions and other operational factors that affect travellers in liaison with TUI Duty Office to ensure that we are coinciding with group policy on any operational issues and that we are working together effectively
• Co-ordinate and work closely with Head Office to implement company emergency crisis procedures in the event of a force majeure
• Log all issues accurately and consistently

You will tailor the delivery of activities to the individuals attending each session, by building a rapport with the whole family, ensuring that the needs of every child and family are met and that the childcare offering adds value to the holiday experience.
You will share your knowledge with customers promoting products and services at welcome meetings.  Additional duties may include providing information on airport transfers and excursions as required.
What We're Looking For


Excellent interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic manner and ability to communicate well with children.
Relevant experience working with groups of children. 
Childcare Qualifications NVQ Level 2 or equivalent essential.
Childcare Qualifications NVQ Level 3 or equivalent essential for working with crèche age group.

Holder of a British/EU passport.
