Guests come to Chessington World of Adventures Resort from far and wide for a wild day out. By helping to keep our finances in check, you’ll have a key role to play in making sure the adventure long continues.
About the role:
This role is all about maintaining accurate financial records for our Resort and helping to support the business from behind the scenes. This means managing our fixed asset register and liaising with Capital project managers to monitor spends accurately. This role includes acting as the intercompany contact for the Resort. Together with assisting in Monthly accounts production and the Annual budgeting/forecasting process there’s plenty to get your teeth into.
This position is permanent working full time; flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business.
About you:
You may be in the early stages of studying for CIMA/ACCA qualifications or perhaps you’re looking to work in accountancy and have relevant experience or academic qualifications. Either way, you’ll have a passion for the leisure industry and a desire to pursue a career in Finance. You’ll certainly know your way around Microsoft Excel and if you have had some exposure to SAGE then that’s all the better. But just as important are your fantastic organisational skills, can-do attitude and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.

Job Description
As a Housekeeping Hotel Supervisor with Crystal Ski you will be expected to have the knowledge and experience of hotel operations to ensure that our customers have a fantastic holiday. A challenging, but rewarding job that would suit any candidate with experience in the hospitality industry.
As a Hotel Supervisor you will be a highly motivated individual ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout our Club Hotels. You will need to be extremely organised with good people management skills, keeping your team of hosts motivated in their housekeeping duties. You will also be responsible for staff rotas, stocktaking, ordering & budgeting of supplies and linen.
Using your excellent customer services skills, you will play a big part in making sure our guests have a fantastic holiday. This is a great step towards hotel management and the opportunity to get a real insight in to the hospitality industry whilst also allowing you plenty of time to get out on the mountain and enjoy the experience.

Job Description Working a winter in childcare with Crystal Ski is a great way to use your childcare qualification in the exciting environment of a ski resort. Similarly, if you are part of the Whizz Kid Club, you will be responsible for providing the children with an active and exciting experience with bum boarding, snowman building, arts and crafts and drop offs and pick ups from ski school Our Childcare positions require you to be qualified in childcare to either NVQ Level 2 or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, hold a valid First Aid certificate and be CRB screened. Previous experience in childcare and the package holiday environment is an advantage. Being able to ski is not crucial but a desire to learn will mean you have a fantastic winter season. Please make sure that if you apply for this role you have copies of your childcare qualifications as well as a valid First Aid certificate (or be booked on a First Aid course) as you will need these for your interview. What You'll Be Doing
• Authorise / Quality check all confirmed bookings, identifying potential savings & increased revenue opportunities for the business
• Conduct outbound calling to actively promote land products and extras to maximise profit and enhance the customers Austravel experience

• Achieve and exceed call handling productivity targets for number of calls achieved, call duration and clerical time
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency to changing call volumes and adapt as required
• Ensure the delivery of late booking details to the UK and overseas representatives and airlines
• Suggest improvements and change to meet the business needs.
• Actively seek to improve the level of service offered to customers with a commitment to go the extra mile and exceed customer expectations every time
• Take ownership and accountability of own quality of work to minimise the risk of errors
• Monitor Foreign Office Travel Advice, weather conditions and other operational factors that affect travellers in liaison with TUI Duty Office to ensure that we are coinciding with group policy on any operational issues and that we are working together effectively
• Co-ordinate and work closely with Head Office to implement company emergency crisis procedures in the event of a force majeure

Position: Waterski / Wakeboard Instructor and Driver
Location: Overseas, based at any of our clients resorts in Greece or Turkey
Salary: £330-£380pcm depending on qualifications

ROLE:
The Waterski / Wakeboard Instructor & Driver is to deliver a waterski, wakeboard, and activity programme for both children and adult guests, both on and off the water. Working on the ski pontoon as part of a close team to provide a Waterski and Wakeboard programme is a great way to spend your summer - working on the water whilst instructing in a sport you are passionate about.
As a qualified instructor you will need to be incredibly patient and be confident to cater for guests of all ages and abilities following the British Water Ski Federation syllabus and Neilson standards. Often with early morning starts to take advantage of the flatter waters you will rotate responsibilities of driving, spotting, instructing and running the pontoon throughout the day.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintain an excellent standard of customer service.
b) Deliver waterski/wakeboard instruction following the BWSF syllabus and Neilson programme.
c) Rotate within the team responsibility for instruction, driving, spotting, taking bookings and preparing guests for their session.
d) Ensure safety is of the highest standard from both the beach and ski boats.
e) Take personal responsibility for the maintenance, repair and security of Neilson equipment and the satisfactory appearance of Neilson sites to ensure the meeting of guest expectations.
f) Work as part of a team to set up, pack up, and proactively provide assistance to all guests using the equipment each day.
g) To practically help with the set up of the centre at the start of the season and the pack down of the resort at the end of the season.
h) Help organise and host social events, deliver briefings and generally interact with guests at all times.
i) Be prepared to move between different resorts according to operational needs of the business to fulfill your contractual end date.
j) Be flexible in your job role and willing to assist in all other duties, within reason, as requested by your manager according to training you have been given.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) British Water Ski Federation (BWSF) Instructor qualification
b) First Aid certificate valid for the duration of the contract.
c) Experience of working in a waterski/wakeboard environment; Previous customer service experience.
d) Ability to deliver fun, engaging, safe and informative Waterski and Wakeboard sessions.
e) Skilled in ski boat driving.
f) Knowledge of the BWSF syllabus; knowledge of the current waterski and wakeboard industry.
g) Ability to effectively communicate with guests of all ages, management, and other staff, ability to work well within a team and maintain effective working relationships.
