The service is a 16 bed low secure / open rehabilitation hospital that specialises in the treatment and rehabilitation for people with deafness and mental health issues Role: Working closely with the Senior Nurse and Ward Manager you will manage a ward and team of staff safely and effectively over a 24 - hour period, ensuring the delivery of a high standards of care to the service users by supervising and monitoring the work of all ward staff within an identified budget.
