Due to a continued growth of market share and the high volume of vacancies we are looking for two Consultants to join the team. The team has responsibility for establishing new clients relationships across the Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire and Berkshire region, encompassing FTSE100, mid-cap and SME organisations.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the Recruitment industry, however applicants able to demonstrate a track record within an account management or business development environment would also be considered. Whilst this role has a large emphasis on business development, the successful individual will also be adept at ongoing candidate management. This is a fast-paced discipline and we are keen to speak to people who have thrived in such environments.
