Telligo is a French companyspecialised in organising themed camps for children aged 8 - 18 years. The camps we offer are mainly science camps, but we also feature English language camps during Easter, Fall and Summer breaks. The aim of these camps is to help the children gain confidence when they speak English, and we do so through a series of fun and relaxed workshops. Each camp has a fascinating theme (MI6 terrain Agents, English fashion, Summer Games 2012, Wizard’s School, etc.), in order to give the children a chance to rediscover learning English through their own passions. We are looking for energized and outgoing native English speakers, aged 18 +, who are keen to work with children and happy to be part of a young and dynamic international team. This job is a lot of fun, and a chance to gain a sense of responsibility through childcare. We offer a fixed term contract with minimum wage pay (8h/day)*, and adequate insurance. All of our French camp counsellors are fluent in English, so you will not be isolated from the rest of the team. Main duties/responsibilities On a typical day, each camp counsellor will manage two fun and interactive themed workshops in the morning. In the afternoon, the camp counsellors will organize a variety of entertaining activities such as games and excursions. List of duties: - Supervise children’s daily routine (wake-up, meals, showers, tidying up, bed-time, etc.) - Organize and manage entertaining workshops in a supportive fashion so that the kids feel confident when participating and speaking - Organize afternoon group activities (team games, visits, sport, etc.) - Take part in the evening social sessions with the children Candidates will be required to work 8 hours a day, 6 days a week. We offer short-term contracts (but you can sign as many as you’d like) with minimum wage pay and adequate insurance cover. Food and accommodation is provided on camp. Our season starts in April and ends in November. However, we are happy to accept applications for our reserve list from candidates who will become available during the season.
About the role
- To assist in providing all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar snacks)
- Ensure high standards of preparation, presentation and quality of food.
- Assistance with the service of the daily set menu.
- To take food samples of all high risk food in accordance with HACCP regulations and maintain records.
- To undertake a daily kitchen-cleaning schedule and to assist in washing up as required.
- To ensure high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times
- To be aware of stock levels and to assist in compiling orders as required
- To receive deliveries of food ensuring it is checked, stored away correctly and rotated effectively in accordance with HACCP regulations
- To work in the restaurant serving on buffets, breakfasts and other occasions as required.
- To assist in providing special dietary requirements according to the needs of your guests

About The Role
Providing professional Instruction to all levels whilst ensuring a safe sailing environment. All employees work as a team to offer a high level of customer service at all times.
Your main duties will centre around the yachts, the base and ports of call. Working hours vary and you must be flexible to cover operational requirements.
In this fulfilling and exciting role you will be required to be responsible for and undertake the following duties:
Deliver RYA courses to the highest standard complying with the RYA regulations
Deliver Company specific courses as per standards, polices and procedures
Liaise with Chief Yacht master Instructor any maintenance requirements or damage
Be responsible for the over all cleaning and set up of the yachts
Ensure correct paperwork is completed as per local laws and regulations
Run effective rescue boat cover
Running of weekly Yacht Races and mini-flotillas
When on duty maintain a lookout over the whole sailing area
Provide excellent customer service at all time
Carry out transfer day duties, such as representing the company at the airport
Carry out other duties within your ability as requested by your line manager
You will be required to be flexible in your job role and may be required to move between different resorts or departments according to operational needs.

The Chateau is surrounded by 38 acres of land and is located near the village of Molay Littry. The Chateau has 40 bedrooms (sleeps up to 200 people) with meeting rooms, library, games room, lounge area and bar. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool (open from May), a tennis court, and a football and rugby pitch. The grounds of the Chateau are also used for adventure activities such as Bivi building and Archery.
Main Duties
Care, maintenance and cleaning of pool, and surrounding areas.
Care, maintenance and cleaning of all other sports equipment.
Lifeguarding (if qualified) whilst the pool is in use, to ensure the safety of all clients. · Ensure safety notices are displayed and adhered to.
Organising, implementing and supervision of sports tournaments and outdoor activities
Organising and implementing an indoor entertainment programme to include quiz evening, disco and Karaoke with your fellow sports and activities rep/GA’s. · To assist with housekeeping duties if required.
To assist with Bar duties if required · To plan for current and future development of the grounds with regard to sporting activities.
Play an active role in the maintenance of the Tennis court, Full size Grade A Football/Rugby pitch, Activities area, Archery and help referee of coach sessions.
Any other duties as directed by the Chateau Manager.

What You'll Be Doing
To assist in the profitable day-to-day running of the hotel, ensuring company standards are adhered to. Deputising in the absence of the manager.
Manage smooth operation of restaurant service with an upfront approach.
Liaise with head office and colleagues to ensure accurate, up to date information is held in the resort.
Ensure good communication links between yourself and your staff.
To carry out effective personnel management with regard to staff training, staff communication, implementation of rotas, tasks and duties.
To supervise work carried out by staff and necessary corrective action.
To manage staff welfare i.e. accommodation, meals, payroll information.
To maximise revenue in all areas of the hotel including restaurant, bar and activity sectors.
Monitor weekly returns of income and expenditure.
Cash control and ensure the safe handling of all monies taken on behalf of the Company, including Banking.
To provide a comprehensive information facility for all school groups through, Welcome Packs, Welcome Get Together, Information Boards and Books, guiding activities to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve service targets.
Carry out an informative and entertaining welcome meeting upon guest’s arrival.
Organisation of the excursion programme ensuring all trips are coordinated effectively with local suppliers.
To provide and participate in a varied daytime and evening entertainment programme for all groups.
To provide information/reports required by the General Manager accurately, efficiently and within the required timescales in order to ensure information is communicated to the appropriate departments.
Help conduct monthly staff appraisals.
Any other duties requested by the Chateau Manager.

Reporting to your Regional Manager, description of responsibilities as follows: - Manage, direct and support staff to ensure they adhere to processes and procedures whilst the children in the care of Super Camps continually have a fun, stimulating and safe time - Ensure that quality programmes across the brands are planned and delivered with structure and enthusiasm by staff at all times - Liaise with parents in person and by phone with regard to the children's needs and feedback on any issues which arise - Continually show respect for your Host site by managing your staff team and ensuring cleanliness and safety at all times - Liaise with Head Office, your Regional Manager and Host Site representatives with updates and queries - Prepare and lead your Site Specific Training and Set Up day (prior training offered) ensuring your site, equipment and staff are ready for the first day of camp - Manage daily administration including sign in/out of children, grouping of children into groups, timetabling and allocation of staff to timetabled activities plus other adhoc duties as required - Manage and support new starters - Effectively deal with the often unpredictable challenges within the childcare industry Requirements: Ideally educated to degree level with experience, skills and attributes as follows: - Previous management experience within a childcare/teaching/coaching environment - Previous experience working in a camp environment or similar - Good knowledge and understanding of sports/arts and crafts - Organised with excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills - Confident and enthusiastic with the ability to lead and motivate a team - Pro-active and flexible - Candidates will ideally hold a 12hr Paediatric First Aid qualification Appointment Process: Selected Site Managers will be required to attend an interview. Responsibilities of Early Years and Play Instructor - Adhere to processes and procedures whilst the children in your care continually have a positive experience - Plan and deliver a variety of activities with structure and enthusiasm whilst encouraging maximum participation and following Ofsted EYFS guidelines where appropriate - Manage the exchange of all relevant information regarding children in your care to either the Early Years Co-ordinator or Site Manager - Take an active part during the meet and greet at the start and end of the day, assisting the Early Years Co-ordinator in giving feedback to parents/guardians on observations - Deliver a structured and enjoyable activity period during drop off and pick up time - Additional duties will include registering crews, cleaning and kit maintenance Requirements of Early Years and Play Instructor: Ideally educated to a minimum of Level 2 in Early Years or studying towards degree level in a relevant subject with experience, skills and attributes as follows: - Previous experience teaching/coaching children under the age of 8 in Sports, Play and Art and Crafts - Enthusiastic and organised with excellent communication skills - Caring, energetic and outgoing with good use of initiative - Flexible, team player willing to take on various tasks as required The role of the Early Years Manager is to deliver the EYFS on our Multi Activity programme. Working alongside the Site Manager you will be the primary contact for parents and the younger children during their time at Super Camps. Responsibilities of Early Years Manager: In addition to the responsibilities of an Early Years Play Instructor, Early Years Managers acting as the key person for all Early Years activity on camp will also be responsible for: - Setting up a Base Room/Area that is suitable and inviting to hold your sessions throughout the weeks - Creating a timetable with the planners provided and your own initiative, alongside the Site Manager - Manage the Early Years sign in/sign out area, giving feedback to parents/guardians on observations made from the day Requirements of Early Years Manager: In addition to the requirements of an Early Years Play Instructor, Early Years Managers must be educated to degree level or at a minimum Level 3 in Early Years with previous experience ideally within a supervisory role Due to Super Camps being on the Early Years Register successful Early Years Manager applicants will be required to perform certain checks to ensure they are suitable to work with this age group on camp. Early Years Managers will need to: - Provide details of 2 professional references who have known the candidate for a minimum of 12 months - Answer Suitable Person Questions to be emailed to the candidate testing knowledge of safe practices and procedures - Sign a Health Declaration form to confirm they are in good health to work with children - Obtain a Super Camps CRB at no cost to the candidate You will be guided and supported by Head Office through this procedure. Selection and Appointment Process: If your online application form is short listed you will be contacted by the Super Camps HR team who will speak to you further about your experiences. If selected, you will be required to complete an online test based on our online training programme. Following this you will be required to attend an unpaid Central Training and Assessment Day based at various locations. Finally before you start work you will need to attend a paid Site Specific Training and Set Up Day located at school at which you will be working. Pay: £251.15 - £311.85 per week for Early Years Play Instructors £300 - £350 per week for Early Years Managers Pay scale dependant on qualifications and experience. Hours: 8am – 5.30pm (Monday – Friday) with a half hour unpaid lunch break Temporary Contract: School holidays. Part seasons considered On appointment all staff will be expected to complete a CRB disclosure and supply us with references In Addition… All sites require a Paediatric First Aid trained person to act as the Key First Aider on camp. The qualified individual appointed to take on this responsibility on top of one of our Instructor roles will be paid an additional £25 per week. If you hold a 12hr Paediatric First Aid qualification please express this on your application form and verify the expiry date. Successful applicants may be approached by Super Camps to partake in our First Aid Incentive Scheme: If agreed with the Super Camps HR Team, employees signing up to a 12hr Paediatric First Aid course will receive £50 upfront upon completion of the course and a further £50 upon completion of contract. We specialise in generating brand awareness, customer acquisition, direct sales and customer service. Marketing Assistants:
