Developing designs from concept through to construction stage.
Undertake detailed design and Project Management for a variety of Electrical Building Services projects.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The European Marketing Manager will assist in defining the marketing strategy and will be responsible for the execution of the marketing plan, focusing on delivery of leads for the European sales team. The position also covers the responsibility for defining value propositions and communicating those to the market. Management of our websites, the marketing database, creation of collateral for the company products and solution sets are also part of the role
The role reports into the Managing Director of the European Data Solution Business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Develop the annual European Marketing plan for the business
Execute online and offline marketing campaigns in cooperation with campaign planners
Monitor and analyze marketing program performance against lead forecasts and against past performance and make and implement recommendations for optimization
Develop the European Data Solution brands
Define and execute launch campaigns for new releases and new products/solutions alongside the product and solution roadmap
Responsibility for collateral and the development of sales kits for products and solutions marketed (sales presentations, solution fact sheets, references and case studies)
Optimize Websites - Google adds and improve Google ranking
Responsible for managing the marketing database and ensuring that all marketing activity and leads are tracked in the system
Event planning
Manage competitor analysis and market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products/solutions
Ensure internal communication about all marketing aspects
Engage regularly with the local sales teams to understand market trends
Cooperation with other units within the business
Manage relationships with PR agency and DM organizations
Person Specification
Candidates need to demonstrate the following:-
A minimum of three years B2B marketing experience, ideally within a direct marketing or data provider, international Experience and ideally speaking English and French
Marketing Graduate
Strong interpersonal capabilities, ability to develop strong trust-based relationships
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to plan and organise time effectively
Able to work to tight deadlines with a 'can-do’ approach to problem solving
Positive attitude and articulate
Writing and copy editing skills are important — particularly as it relates to email and web copy.
Creative, innovative, proactive, and resourceful.
Strong project management experience.
Must be entrepreneurial — interest and willingness to roll-up sleeves and provide hands-on execution of proposals required. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver under pressure with limited time and resources.
Experience of working with PR agencies and teams to produce press releases, strengthen media relations, etc.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver or similar HTML editing software

The role of the Software Business Development Manager is to aggressively identify and qualify new business opportunities by building relationships with potential mid-tier to enterprise sized prospects via the telephone, e-mail and the web. The position reports directly to the Director of Field Marketing and requires extensive interaction with the field sales force.
Responsibilities:
Play a vital role in the North America Sales team revenue achievement by generating highly qualifies leads.
Identify new sales leads, record conversations in CRM tool, recommend products or services to prospects and advise on unique configurations or technical integration of Software products.
This role carries a quota/target responsibility and is based on a dedicated sales territory.
Conduct thorough lead/prospect qualification including the identification of projects, budgets, timelines, business benefits, technical fit and key decision makers.
Execute various calling and web campaigns by leveraging lead sources derived by field sales, marketing programs, trade shows, seminars and research tools such as Market Intelligence, LinkedIn, Hoovers.
Leverage the knowledge and contacts generated by territory field sales representatives, including partner customer lists and other sources of leads from Software partners.
Work closely with the marketing team on demand generation through coordinated outbound campaigns.
Research industry/company profiles to identify key contacts at prospective customers within assigned territories for targeted sales efforts.
Responsible for making sure your respective territory has an accurate database, including existing customer profiles, complete prospect and suspect contact information, project identification and descriptions with timelines, competitive products installed, etc.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in inside sales or sales; enterprise software, software tools and/or high tech sales preferred.
Cold calling expertise in a B2B direct lead generation environment.
Solid experience in a Telesales or Inside sales environment with a track record of success.
Must be IT-literate and have basic knowledge of enterprise architectures and current IT trends.
Background in technology; knowledge of database, data management, CRM, ERP, data warehousing is preferred.
The ability to create a strong relationship with a team of 2-4 field sales representatives that this role supports.
Self-starter, results-oriented, and persuasive.
Working knowledge of MS Office applications, internet navigation and contact management software--preferably Salesforce.com.
