A very well established Publishing / Ecommerce / Online organisation are looking to employ a CRM Manager to look after the CRM function of their Consumer Brands division. These brands cover lifestyle, Wining/Dining, Entertainment and Travel and are currently experiencing online sales in the 3 million region (annually). They are looking to drive this figure up by focussing their attention on effective CRM..hence the need now for someone who can take control of this channel.


The key aim of this role is to plan, design, develop and implement this CRM process from the ground up. This is a fantastic role to start something new, as opposed to picking-up from someone's mess! The individual minor aspects of this role which make up the project include:

To develop a CRM Marketing plan aimed at both On and Offline Channels
Take control of strategy, of content, distribution, database deployment all aimed at driving aquisition
Manage the deployment of newsletters, emails and consumer research.
In time focus your attention on the quality of data, how its segmented and how well it's helping to drive results
Report on campaigns, analysing performance and identifying areas for improvement
Work with other members of the digital team to deliver a promotional calendar and targeted promotions

Who, and what sort of experience is going to grab their attention?
Ideally you'll have come from background in CRM, specifically Email marketing and have experience at targeting campaigns to varying customer groups
IT Literate with proven exposure to CRM, Marketing and Email solutions.
Analytical (they don't mind with what tool) and experienced at reporting on campaign results
Be creative rather than thinking oh, that didn't work HELP!, we need people who say oh, that didn't work let me find out why and think of something that might get around this problem.

•3+ years of experience using industry standard Web design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Fireworks
•Proven work experience with HTML/CSS and Javascript/jQuery
•A portfolio showing creative skills, visually appealing design work, the ability to generate solid design ideas and results, and a thorough understanding of good design process.
