The role

The successful Group Account Director will be expected to be a digital media evangelist & to do the following:

- Provide clients with cutting edge digital marketing expertise & innovative ideas
- Successfully manage multiple suppliers, partners & clients to over achieve on requirements
- Chair annual account planning meetings to ensure all major client initiatives over a 12 month period
- Work with the new business team to identify & secure new clients
- Stakeholder management

Requirements

- Extensive account management experience within a professional services firm or digital agency advantageous
- A degree in marketing or media is beneficial
- Strong track record of building client relationships
- Experience of working with blue chip international clients
- Fluent in German & English
- Big data experience essential
- Strong business development experience

My client - a UX/ Research focussed consultancy - are offering a rare opportunity for a Graduate or Junior User Researcher to assist with a 3 month+ long project in the Cambridge area.

The project will focus on a study of online users. Your duties will revolve around recruiting participants, conducting interviews, documenting findings, etc. The perfect candidate will be highly organised and have a good level of analytical skill. Good communication skills are also necessary!

My client requires someone coming from a PhD background, with lots of academic research and a thorough understanding of the field. Those with a primarily commercial background, or those focussing on usability testing rather than research will not be of interest in this instance.
