I am now recruiting for an administrator to work for a nationally known company who provide a unique combination of superior Enterprise Cabling and Security Solutions.
The role is working on a temporary ongoing basis and would require someone to be flexible. The hours of work will be 10am - 7pm Monday to Friday however while you are training you will be required to work 9am - 5pm.
You do not need any qualifications or experience but a willingness to learn and adaptabilty to new tasks/situations will be needed.

Position: Billing Administrator
Location: Preston
Salary: £16-18k
ROLE:
The role of the Accounts Administrator / Finance Administrator will be to assist with general queries of a billing nature on a day to day basis via phone, email and live chat. You will also annually add offline payments (cheque, bacs) to their billing system. In addition you will be involved with fraud checking and processing new orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Chase late invoice payments.
b) Raise end of month invoices for clients.
c) Management of client contracts from creation, receipt and electronic filing.
d) General office administration.
e) Management of petty cash.
f) Monitor office supplies (stationary, refreshments) and order when necessary.
g) Light book-keeping duties such as filing and totalling of monthly invoices ensuring all figures balance before providing to the Manager.
h) Light HR duties (10 staff) such as accepting/declining holiday requests in line with Company policies and producing end of month spreadsheet for payroll generation.
i) Updates to Company procedures and policies where required along with new procedure documents writing where required.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Proven Office Administration experience.
b) Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a small team.
c) Be confident and approachable with good communication skills when dealing with customers and colleagues.
d) Working experience of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
e) Basic understanding of VAT.
f) Basic knowledge of the web hosting industry (web hosting, domain names, etc).
DESIRABLE SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Working experience in the web hosting industry.
b) NVQ or equivalent in Business Administration
