This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an international company as they are expanding their customer service team in Newcastle. We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer Advisor where you will be representing a market leader in storage systems. The role will be providing continuous support to customers across the European countries as well as interacting with other European customer support teams in Europe. We are looking for talented individuals capable of managing customer service in any one of the below languages: German , or Hebrew This will be based in an office environment where you will handling customers' enquires over the phone and via emails. This will range from general enquires to technical support. Our client is looking for a candidate that possesses the following qualities: .Fluent in both written and spoken German / Hebrew .Good communication skills in both spoken and written English. . Team player . Excellent computer skills/knowledge or technical support skills are essential .The ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated and confident .Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred, or equivalent work experience.? .Microsoft/Cisco/NetApp certifications are a plus. .At least one year experience in Storage . Enterprise Backup Software (e.g. Symantec Backup Exec) . Exchange 2003/2007/2010 Salary is around �24,000 per annum. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
