- Understanding of platform and infrastructure (Linux and Windows) support and evolution – from servers, firewalls, backup systems through to remote global GNSS data collection units – in order to keep the web services operating reliably and continuously.

As a Project Manager for this international client you'll be client facing and repsonsible for managing a range of software projects with the company and reporting to the Head of Systems and Head of Projects. A degree qualified Engineering Graduate is required to join the support team where you may also have the opportunity to participate in development. This role would suit a recent graduate or junior engineer looking to move their career forwards within a dynamic rapidly growing company in a hot technology.
You will have some relevant engineering experience, but the most important skills are the ability to understand and articulate computer networking, IP addressing and Ethernet protocols over the telephone and by email to customers. A key part of this is problem solving and tenacity to find the root cause of the customer’s problem. Customer issues vary from the trivial to complex protocol / configuration requests. You will be tracing and debugging issues across a range of operating systems, databases, networks and hardware.

1 To ensure the accurate and timely invoicing of revenue for BIG, in line with Service Support budget.
2 Ensure the integrity of data within Canon systems.

4 Accurately load data into both Canon and third party systems
Responsibilities and Tasks:
* Maximise contract billing by achieving KPI's for contracts on CM Housekeeping reports
* Manage and action all meter error/ Technician read validation and verifier reports in time for billing runs to ensure accurate invoicing
* Manually create CPC customer contracts ensuring paperwork is Sox compliant
* Update customer details (as specified e.g. PO numbers / addresses)
* Maximise collection and input of meter readings to enable accurate invoices and reduce estimations.
* Validate and raise (manual) Service credits and invoices to correct customer queries.
* Effectively resolve queries or complaints within agreed SLA’s, to prevent non payment of Service invoices and work with credit control to resolve disputes and minimise aged debt issues.
* Manage the renewals process for extended Service and specific Lease contracts.
* Terminate machines from eMaintenance portal as required and manage data within.
* Load MoD Exostar invoices within 10 days to ensure timely payment
* Review and manage data within iBase v's contracts to ensure terminated machines are no longer active and data cleanse where required
* Author contracts as part of specific roll outs where necessary
* Load AG forms received from MoD customers and complete the MoD Mid month and month end billing within required timescales
* Complete all ad-hoc data cleansing reports
* Comply with Company policies and procedures (example SOX).
