Job Title: BI Programme Manager
Location: North East UK, Sunderland area
Permanent: £70k - £90k + benefits
Programme Manager with experience of leading BI/DWH engagements is required by our client to join a high profile customer in the North East (Newcastle/Sunderland area).
This challenging role requires a multitude of experience as it will include additional responsibilities including BI Programme Management, managing a product vendor selection process for an ERP platform, helping architect a transformation programme etc.
To be considered you will naturally have experience in running large applications project. Any experience in the area of enterprise architecture experience and general technology diversity would also be a bonus.
Naturally first class communication skills are essential for this role. Any experience of working with an on/off shore/IT Services model would also be a bonus.

We are looking for a Finance Director, who will also act as a key member of the Brand Executive team, taking full ownership of the management and communication of financial performance for both brands. You will be accountable for the quality and validity of all performance information and ensure that brand strategies and day to day operations are robust and financially sound.
Key Aspects Of The Job:
• Through the provision of holistic financial direction to and through, the Executive Teams you will be able to affect the brand’s strategic direction and profitability for the sustainable benefit of Group.
• Through your understanding of competitive drivers, market trends and the business environment, you will be able to draw insight and use this to initiate/implement approaches that build brand, business and shareholder value and contribute to robust decision making.
• As a result of creating effective internal working relationships you will be able to provide assurance that the brands are well managed and be in a position to work to the mutual benefit of the brands and wider business. In addition, your credible relationships with key external partners will contribute to our becoming the partner of choice for outdoor retailers
• As a credible leader with experience of leading teams in brands, you will contribute to a wider organisational agenda, demonstrating the behaviours that fit with the culture and values of the organisation.
• On-going development of the finance team and infrastructure to provide robust and meaningful MI and data management which drives appropriate recommendations contributing to the on-going earnings flow and growth.
• Proactively manages and mitigates risk through a number of levers
What We Need You To Bring:
• Qualified accountant with proven leadership experience
• Worked at a similar level previously for a branded or FMCG business and be able to evidence previous experience of influencing the direction and success of the business(es)
• Experience of management of International Business Units and understands the requirement to flex in these environments
• Demonstrable achievements in:
o Driving profit and performance improvements
o Developing and driving strategy
o Stakeholder management
o Commercial decision making
• Developing a commercially focused team
• Ability to contribute strategically to growth of the Brand; evidence of having done so previously in a premium brand
• Ideally have a strong personal interest in Outdoor activities, use technical Outdoor product and/or have genuine empathy with the end-user
