Support Services Group
Our aim is to strip away anything that goes around recruitment, leaving the recruiter free to do what they do best - recruit!
Your day is probably filled with placing your candidates, getting your temps out, identifying and satisfying your client's requirements. With our help, your day wouldn't change except for the fact that you would be (probably) working from home, deciding when and how long your working day is and taking home 70% of everything that you bill (70% of GP for the temp market)
We will help you at the setup of your recruitment company and then support you totally for as long as you wish. We will help you sell it when the time comes or just provide you with the right advice to make the most of working for yourself.
At Setup, We Provide:

2. Dedicated technical support for any IT matter
3. Logo`s, business cards, stationery & web site design
4. Management accounts, tax, VAT, payroll, factoring, etc
Throughout the Life of Your Business, We Provide:

2. Access to a team of recruiters able to offer advice and guidance

4. Full Back office support for temporary or permanent recruitment
5. Access to inhouse rec-to-rec to help you expand your business

Our aim is to provide a tailored package that enables the recruitment consultant to get on with the business of recruiting knowing that everything else is taken care of.
You
You will be an experienced recruitment consultant who is fed up with making money for someone else and really want to 'go it alone`.
You will have worked in a UK recruitment agency situation for upwards of 2 years
You will have an entrepreneurial flair and a real determination to succeed
We will enable you to make all the decisions relating to your recruitment business:
1. The type of recruitment you do temps or perms - we have experience of both
2. Targets - set your own targets.
3. How much money you want to make - take the money out of the business or invest back in`.
4. Where you work - home, serviced office - your choice
5. Who you work with and when the right time to hire someone is
6. Which clients to deal with and what fee structure is right for you
Your aspirations may be to free up more time whilst still maintaining a high income level or to build a recruitment business to sell for a million (or two!). We can help you whatever your aims.
Charges
There is no set up fee, the investment is made by us (think 'Dragon's Den!). The recruiter retains 70% of billings and 100% equity in their recruitment company. This is not a franchise, there are no upfront costs - we make our money by making a good investment decision - in you!

We are seeking an enthusiastic geotechnical engineer for an established multidisciplinary consultancy in Staffordshire. We are looking for a candidate with a background in geotechnical site investigation and an interest in contaminated land issues.
The role requires a sound understanding of Brownfield redevelopment issues and a knowledge of site investigations including soil, gas/groundwater monitoring.
Candidates should be familiar with in-situ testing methods and have a knowledge of British standards and Eurocodes.
Candidates must have an excellent academic background with degree qualifications in an engineering or geoscience discipline, ideally with MSc in Geotechnical Engineering.

Dairy Franchisee (Milk Round Delivery), Stoke on Trent . This is an excellent opportunity to represent a superb national brand as a Dairy Franchisee (Milk Rounds) in Cobridge, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire.
This is a self employed position and you will be part of the UK's number one dairy business and a company who believe in encouraging success - both business and personal.
The Role
As Dairy Franchisee you will maintain and increase sales of company and offline products to current and new customers, ensuring high levels of customer service are maintained at all times and effectively controlling the operation of your assigned round
The role of Dairy Franchisee exists for a maximum of 17 weeks where you will receive £350 per week (after which you will convert to self-employed status). You will receive the appropriate training and support to enable you to become a successful Franchisee within the Company.
Responsibilities
As Dairy Franchisee you will be responsible for milk and grocery delivery to our clients' residential customers. You will deliver to circa 600 customers 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), within an 8-10 mile defined geographical radius.
The Dairy Franchisee has all the benefits of running their own business with the support of the UK's largest doorstep delivery company. From the Operations Manager and their staff within the depot to a Business Manager who will support with annual business plans and financial understanding; regular reviews help to ensure the Dairy Franchisee remains on track to deliver the unlimited earning potential achievable on all of our clients rounds.
You will be delivering products to customers on the designated milk round and participating in all Company promotional activities. You will ensure deliveries and orders are logged on the ERB (Electronic Rounds Book), collect customer payments and carry out all administration procedures, as specified by the Company.
In the role of Dairy Franchisee you will be responsible for maintaining the necessary levels of stock, order products and keep your vehicle clean and smart at all times.
Skills & Attributes
For the role of Dairy Franchisee you:
* Must hold a full driving licence with Category B entitlement
* Maximum of 6 points on driving licence accepted
* Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
* Will have experience of keeping accurate records
* Must be comfortable working alone and with early starts/night work
* Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
* Must be comfortable handling cash
* Experience of using handheld sets for deliveries (Electronic Rounds Books - ERB) is desirable
Your OTE earnings should be circa £28,000 per annum and you will get a company vehicle equipped with all the things you need to run a successful business.
