Our client is an international business in NE Lincolnshire who has continued to grow both in terms of client base and innovative new product lines. Due to a restructure we are working exclusively with this client to find a Financial Controller who we report directly to the Managing Director. This is the kind of role that will suit someone who is comfortable working in partnership with the business rather than just providing financials.
 
You will be responsible for managing a small busy finance team and the businesses statutory and treasury requirements. Your responsibilities will also include planning, budgeting and forecasting as well as all aspects of financial reporting. You will also be responsible for providing business advice and guidance in order to allow the business to achieve its strategic and operational goals. You will be an excellent manager who leads by example, is a hands on accountant and have the passion to develop processes, procedures and develop new ways of working to gain efficiencies to meet the increasing demands of the business.
 
The right candidate will need to be qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and be able to demonstrate both a admirable track record in partnering business as well as the ability to work in a manufacturing business adding value. You will be fast thinking and commercially minded with excellent communication skills.

Behaviour Support Worker (BSW) A Behaviour Support Worker is urgently required for a long term post at a PRU in the Grimsby area. You will be required to work on a one to one basis or in small groups with children aged 8-13 years with emotional or behavioural difficulties (EBD). It is essential that you have experience of working with children either in a school or a care setting.
