Career Teachers are looking for primary teachers with solid experience in Key Stages 1 and 2 to teach in schools throughout Kent, particularly the Bromley and Sevenoaks area.

You will have the opportunity to experience different schools and take on either long term, short term or daily supply roles. This is a perfect opportunity if you are a Primary Teacher looking for part-time work but also if you are a Newly Qualified Primary Teacher who is still deciding what type of school or age group you would like to teach. We are also starting to get schools asking us for long-term or permanent Primary Teacher roles starting in September so now is the perfect time to register with us.

You must have a minimum 6 months experience working as a Primary Teacher, therefore, NQTs can apply. It's also essential that you have solid subject knowledge and strong classroom management because some of the schools will have challenging behaviour. This will need to be managed effectively.

You will need to have a good track record with regards to monitoring pupil progress during class and through the year. You will also be responsible for planning, marking and assessment and you may need to do a lesson observation and interview if you are looking for a long-term role.
