In fact, things are going so well that they about to open a new, state-of-the-art site. It's called their Sales Lab. And it's in Glasgow city centre.
Our Client already got some great people on their team. But there aren't enough of them - which is where you come in.
Think you've got what it takes to be a great Outbound Sales Agent? Then we'd love to hear from you.
The Outbound Sales Agents will be responsible for selling products to new customers to meet and exceed targets set while ensuring excellent standards of customer service and strong customer relationships are developed.
The successful Outbound Sales Agent will:
• Have worked within a face to face or outbound telesales environment,
• Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets within a sales environment,
• Preferably have utilities experience,
• Be self motivated and thrive within a high pressured, target orientated environment,
• Have a flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt quickly to Client needs and use their own initiative,
• Have a strong business focus ,
• Demonstrate a drive to succeed ,
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills,
• Have an outgoing and tenacious personality.
The Outbound Sales Agents must be available to work between the hours of 9am - 9pm Monday to Friday & 10.00am - 4.00pm Saturday.
There are full time and part time opportunities available with full time Outbound Sales Agents receiving a salary of £17.5 and excellent bonus OTE - £25k. Part Time Outbound Sales Agents will earn £17.5k pro rata and an excellent bonus scheme. The successful candidates will also have fantastic career development opportunity within this fast moving, industry leading business.

They are now seeking a Sales Manager who is fluent in the Japanese language to business level.
This individual must be a dynamic UK-EU based sales person who will generate leads, make presentations, persuade decision makers, negotiate service contracts, manage relationships, and above all else close new deals with new clients.
This position is perfect for an ambitious and result oriented person who is a 'hunter' in their approach to developing new accounts and outsourcing multi-shore solutions for the Interactive Entertainment Industry.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the sales person closing sales and exceeding quotes within a geographic region.
Develop regional sales strategy, including target prospects –publishers & developers in the video game industry.
Prospect qualification.
Represent my client’s breadth of services and expertise in the marketplace and relative to its competition.
Represent my client as a total quality assurance & technical support solution provider.
Deliver global sales pitch and presentations.
Own the proposal generation dynamics and Contractual process.
Forecast and report sales metrics.
Travel as required.
Requirements;
Senior level sales experience,
Fluency in Japanese,
Ability to creatively and aggressively meet and exceed quota.
Ability to establish client relationships, networking within an organization.
Experience selling in a team environment.
Experience in selling services – specifically to heads of QA, Customer Support, Localisation, and Development in an organisation.
Verifiable success maintaining relationships with the Fortune 1000 organisations
Knowledge within the interactive/media/games industry.
