A leading name in the construction sector is looking for a Business Systems Specialist to help support, analyse, configure and deploy various business systems and help improve processes.

The clients applications are primarily SQL, .Net and Web based and are relating to Facilities Management, Works Management and Asset Management. You must have extensive previous experience dealing with these types of applications.

We're also looking for candidates with extremely strong inter-personal and communications skills. You must be comfortable in putting across your ideas and findings to senior managers and stakeholders.

SQL Server, Database and Reporting skills are highly desirable, as is knowledge of Oracle Databases. Knowledge of Windows and Linux servers are also useful.

MARKETING MANAGER – (OUTDOOR / ENVIRONMENT BRAND)

We are seeking a Marketing Manager / Marketing Director to join a leading business group spanning a diverse range of companies. Whether you are brainstorming social media initiatives or building high conversion email marketing campaigns it will be your input that drives brand recognition and sales conversion across the business.

Employing 15 people, this privately owned, family run business was founded in the 1980's as a product driven start-up selling bird feeders. Several million sales later and with partnerships in place with the National Trust and over 1000 retailers worldwide the firm has become a diverse business group with multiple brands including a bespoke skatepark design company and eco ethical brand directory!

Joining as a Marketing Manager / Marketing Director you will oversee all marketing activity, managing digital marketing campaigns from conception, implementation and beyond. With full responsibility over the digital marketing mix (Viral, Social, Email... it is your call), you will be instrumental in brainstorming creative marketing initiatives, implementing clear marketing strategies and developing sales initiatives.

Working closely with the senior management team you will also play a key role in partnership marketing, championing the development and execution of income generating, commercial marketing strategies. Expect to explore sales opportunities, connecting and engaging with potentially high profile partners!

To qualify... You will need to be an effective, organised and commercially savvy Digital Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing / Sales & Marketing Manager or similar who can demonstrate:

• Proven experience gained within a digital marketing role.
• The ability to develop and implement a clear marketing strategy.
• Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people at all levels.
• A passion for online marketing and delivering successful campaigns that grow sales.
• A knack with numbers, you should be able to understand margins and ROI.
• That you can be analytical and commercially astute but with the ability to think creatively and solve problems independently.
• Have a passion for the outdoors, be it skate parks or national parks.
• An imaginative and innovative approach with an ability to identify new commercial opportunities.
