Responsible for the development and implementation of Trade Marketing Account Activity Plans for a designated channel(s) in line with the European product and marketing strategies, in order to support achievement of the channel sales budget.
Responsibilities and Tasks:

Customer and Shopper insight. Develop and utilise an excellent understanding of the local market and the dynamics of the assigned channel. Develop relationships with major customers’ Marketing personnel. Use Canon Europe Trade Marketing tools and resources effectively, where necessary with high-quality customisation to the local context based on Canon ‘house style’ with Canon UK Sales-Channel to ensure good communication of promotional activity internally and to customer.
Manage inventory of promotional items. Produce and deliver presentations with conviction. Track advertising and sales promotion spend from all funding sources in relation to responsibilities and avoid overspend. Evaluate all activity for return on investment. Carry out regular field visits to improve sales needs and customer knowledge and to communicate aspects of marketing strategy.

This environment requires someone with accurate skills to quickly and efficiently project manage the end of end completion of orders whilst complying with Company, contract and legal requirements.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Using the Pan European Order Management Order Check-list, check and ensure Sales Online quote is complete, accurate and in accordance with the paperwork signed by the customer, including contract details, prior to creation and booking order.
Schedule and plan order delivery in accordance with stock availability, standard lead times (including customer contractual SLAs), PDI capacity (if relevant), notifying and confirming the scheduled delivery week with the customer.
Check Salespeople’s monthly commissions payments where appropriate.
Manage availability and conversion of products. Monitoring the order to delivery lead-time in accordance with the customer contract SLAs ( Service Level agreements
The role will be a mix of working across a number of departments so handling areas relating to customer credit, transportation issues, management of loan stock and conducting the appropriate checks with each order. Working to tight deadlines means that you need to use your skills in managing your time efficiently.
Once you become proficient at managing orders, you will be asked to attend customer review meetings to audit queries and recommend enhancements to services provided.
You will work as part of a team to make sure department orbjectives are met. Training will be given on the processes you will be using but any knowledge of Oracle would be beneficial, but not essential.

The Integration Specialist supports Canon Business Solutions in its objectives by providing the necessary IT related expertise to integrate and support Canon’s software solutions into a variety of customer environments and networks in accordance with the contracted works and in line with standard project methodology.

Where the project is large or complex the Integration Specialists are responsible for ensuring that the presales scoping, analysis and design deliverables meet with the required implementation standards before approving the Project.
Responsible for ensuring that the Solution Business Consultant, Solutions Project Office and other involved project members are communicated to with regular updates on the implementation project phases. Communication to include: Daily project Updates, Change Control Requests and Issue Logging
Responsible for the creation of detailed site documentation after each project.
Responsible for the ownership and resolution of Professional Print and Office Solutions and supporting IT technology product issues during the implementation project phases. Onward escalation to Product Support Specialist Team.
Continually improve required knowledge & skills set (personal, technical and commercial) for ongoing contribution to the Office/Professional Print Business.
Pro actively develop and enhance the quality of implementation service provided to Canons internal and external customers through the sharing of best practice and development groups.
Provide 2nd / 3rd line remote and on-site support for Canon implemented solutions, and to advise the customer where work falls outside the support contract.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A good working knowledge of Windows server, Windows printing, Active directory, IIS and SQL server. 2 or more MCT's and MCITP preferred. Knowledge of Canon hardware and software desirable. Prince 2 foundation desirable. Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and highly motivated.
