A thriving business in Redditch is currently recruiting an interim Finance Manager to cover for 4 months.
Reporting to the Finance Director, the purpose of the role is to develop all finance procedures and manage the overall financial performance. Duties include:
• Group financial reporting and statutory reporting
• Liaising with the Managing Director on financial performance, assisting with the running and strategic direction of the business
• Management of the team(5 people) providing direction where necessary
• Delivery of monthly management accounts pack
• Weekly cashflow forecasts and preparation of rolling forecasts
• Ad hoc support for the FD
