You will be working alongside a small team of engineers and will be responsible for providing a high standard of IT support to clients, both remotely and on site.

The successful candidate(s) must have experience of working in a high pressure Customer environment and be able to demonstrate how they respond to critical Customer requirements in a professional way. The role can be home based or office based depending on the geography of the successful candidate.
The exact skills require are:
Deep knowledge of the following legacy software
