We are currently looking for a Technical Sales manager to join one of our well recognised and successful team.
The role:
• Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximising client potential in designated regions;
• Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements;
• Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
• Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;
• Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts;
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services;
• Analysing costs and sales;
• Preparing reports for head office;
• Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects;
• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;
• Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
• Helping in the design of custom-made products;
• Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.

The Account Manager will focus on developing profits by identifying product and service sales opportunities within each account. Working in line with the regional sales and marketing plan, the Account Manager will develop and execute call cycle plans to enable full customer coverage.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful Account Manager will take ownership of the current £1 million customer data ensuring its accurate maintenance and continuing to deliver excellent levels of service. Retention and growth are key and will be achieved by delivering expert Arco product and service knowledge. The Account Manager will have a proven track record in account management and delivering sales objectives whilst delivering excellent levels of customer service. Strong sales negotiation experience from a target driven organisation and comprehensive market knowledge is essential. Holding IOSH and NEBOSH certification is preferable and although PPE / H&S experience is beneficial it is not essential.

Based on the outskirts of Oxford, Oxfordshire this organisation specialises in the recycling and re-distribution of printer ink products. This Oxfordshire business is around 10 years old and was founded by two brothers, who are still very much active within the business. The company has gone from strength to strength recently and now they have a team of 35 people and are now looking to spread their wings into the European market.
In order to take things to the next step, we are first looking to build and proactive Telesales/Internal Sales team to drive revenue based from my clients Oxfordshire offices. The first piece of the jigsaw is the Telesales Manager/Internal Sales Manager. We are looking to fill this role with immediate effect.
So, what are we looking for in our ideal candidate for this Oxfordshire Telesales Manager role;
•An outgoing, highly confident Sales Manager
•Experience running a Telesales/Telemarketing team (essential)
•Someone with natural Sales ‘Flair’
•Experience selling into European markets (beneficial)
•Someone who has been involved with recruitment and development of a team
•A candidate that is used to writing, monitoring and putting in place KPI’s
