* Advising our People Managers and HRBPs on employees statutory entitlement to SSP, SMP & SPP * Ensuring all starters are set up correctly on SAP * Checking leaver calculations in time for payroll * Production of P45's for leavers * Maintaining and updating records within various management information systems, including our case management system Remedy * Data entry - overtime, union deductions, on-call & tax forms * Responding to employee queries by telephone, email and letter * Working as part of a team, but able to operate alone when required * Reconciling the payrolls before bacs transmission * Up skilling the front line Team * Liaising with Mobilisation Team for both Tupe in and Tupe out * Contributing to various projects within One HR as and when they occur Requirements: * Education to GCSE level (good passes in English and Maths) or equivalent * Experience/use of MS Word and MS Excel Familiar with/exposure to management systems or other similar data entry and reporting database applications * Friendly and professional telephone manner * Conscientious and confident approach to duties with a polite, pleasant and helpful attitude * Flexible and adaptable

If you are a locum RGN or Paramedic, Band 5 or 6, that wants well paid and on-going locum work in Bicester, then this opportunity is ideal for you. You can choose to work day shifts, evenings, night shifts and weekend shifts. NHS 111 is a new service that's being introduced to make it easier for patients to access local NHS healthcare services. It is intended for when people need medical help fast but it's not a 999 emergency. NHS 111 will be taking over from NHS Direct. You will be working as a Clinical Advisor at the 111 Contact Centre in Bicester. Full paid training will be provided. As a Clinical Advisor you will carry out complex clinical triage, over the telephone, providing assessment, advice and information. You will refer to other agencies where appropriate. After the paid training you will be able to choose from day, evening and night shifts - weekdays and weekends. Sessions are based on a rota system which is generally run 4 weeks in advance. To be considered: .You will need to be available for around 6 months locum work .You will need at least 2 years recent RGN/Para experience in the UK .You will need some Triage experience .You will need to have excellent written and verbal English language skills .You will need to be IT literate .You will need current NMC/HCPC registration Previous customer service, call centre and supervisory/coaching experience would be advantageous, but should not put you off applying. Hourly pay is up to �25 per hour. This is a great opportunity for long term locum work in Bicester. Our fast growing client based in Oxford seeks a highly intelligent, commercially focused Financial Controller to develop and manage their Finance function. As a highly niche, international organisation of professionals this small company can offer a friendly and flexible work environment.
The successful candidate will be required to use their considerable professional acumen when preparing financial forecasts, financial data, preparing financial returns, financial strategy, analysis of the accounts, reporting back to management on the state of the company's finances, cash flow, producing accounts, setting and checking targets, monitoring the performance of each department, auditing and overseeing all tax and regulatory/compliance issues.
This is an extremely hands on role – you are the finance function and will be completely responsible for the Finance Function for the UK and international operations on a day to day basis.
Your accounting qualifications and ability must be a ‘given’.
Much of your day will be spent working in close co-operation with this small team, their clients, suppliers and advisors – presenting/preparing complex financial information to/for them in a clear and simple way.
The ideal person will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels across the business. A pragmatic approach with a good sense of humour and lots of energy and motivation. An exceptional ability to multitask with high attention to detail is required.
