An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Sales Support Executive to join the business at their office in Nottingham.
Reporting to the Client Services Director, the responsibility of the Sales Support Executive will be to increase, develop and maintain potential and existing client database; regularly communicating with potential and existing clients.
In conjunction with the Sales team you will establish a clear database of organisation accounts and targets, ensuring these are maintained and developed as campaigns/business focus changes. You will also research and understand the property operations of these target clients and establish if they are likely potentials for our client’s solutions.
Working in conjunction with the full Business Unit Sales team and Communications, you will define and document our client’s offline, online and social media marketing strategy and will work closely with Group communications to ensure co-ordination of activities and availability of latest Marketing materials and to promote the division across the group.
The successful candidate will have at least two years proven experience in a Sales or Marketing role and/or telesales.
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and will have the ability to engage with senior stakeholders in our client’s blue chip customers and potential customer organisations. Enthusiasm, self-motivation and people focus are also essential as are strong IT capabilities; both logging and tracking of information, but also in understanding the Business Unit offer. Although not essential, experience in design and layout software is highly desirable.
