Reporting to the Account Manager, the Trainee Delivery Manager is responsible for delivering project activities in line with customers’ expectations – ensuring delivery meets time, cost and quality aspirations, as well as identifying and communicating further business development opportunities.

Within the role, you will take responsibility for all aspects of delivery of allocated project activities, whilst ensuring costs are managed and aspired margin targets are met. The successful Delivery Manager will have previous practical experience in the management and delivery of projects coupled with a good understanding of Project Management methodologies, ideally Agile or Prince 2 standard.

A significant part of the role centres on the conversion of customer requirements into working and configurable solutions, therefore excellent communication and understanding capabilities are essential, preferably with analytical and solution design capabilities. In addition, you will have strong technical knowledge and be familiar with internet technologies and the principles of information and knowledge management.
