Creative Account Manager/Email Marketing/Template Designer (HTML, Customer Support) – Northampton.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established Northampton based email marketing agency. Mailing Manger (part of in.house.media) has seen some significant growth within their client base and requires an account manager/email marketing executive to manage a varied client base.
In this role you will be responsible for the retention and development of client accounts on our www.mailingmanager.co.uk platform.
This position will require you’re highly organised, great communication skills and a tenacious approach to improving customer service, as well as your fantastic telephone manner and ability to work on your own.
You will be fully trained in the use of Mailing Manager and will offer customers help and tutorials in getting the most out of the system and responding to technical support requests.
Tasks of the job will typically involve
• Regular phone calls to existing customers offering help and tutorials on using our email system
• Answering telephone and liaising with customers
• Analysing customers email campaign results and offering help and advice
• Providing technical support on our email system (training will be provided)
• Production of written / visual support and marketing material
• Upselling to existing customers
• Writing posts for our company blogs
Key Requirements
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• A positive, willing and self-confident approach when dealing with customers and enquiries
• Ability to work accurately and quickly with minimal supervision
• A well presented outgoing person
• Good writing skills
Also Advantageous
• Knowledge and experience of designing and creating HTML web sites / email templates
• Knowledge and experience of Internet Marketing

Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager;

• Attend appointments, present commercially viable proposals and close deals to meet a GP target.
