You'll be responsible for supporting the commercial marketing team in transforming insights about our products, markets and audiences into effective marketing and communications activity.
To be successful in this role you will ideally:
* Educated to degree level or equivalent and have strong IT skills, in particular Microsoft PowerPoint.
* Proven B2B Marketing experience
* Excellent copywriting skills.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Communication skills are also key, as is the need for a creative mind, a strong eye for detail and the ability to work as part of a team.

As part of our continued growth and success we're looking for a talented Commercial Marketing Executive to join our team based out of our offices in Liverpool.
You'll be responsible for the provision of tactical marketing sales support material designed to drive commercial growth and audience development. This will involve translating product, market and audience insights into relevant and targeted marketing messages (media packs, house ads, sales training) including a range of intranets and websites.
What we need from you?:
* Educated to degree level or equivalent and have strong IT skills, in particular Microsoft PowerPoint.
* Experience of planning and creating sales support material - such as sales presentations, factsheets, case studies.
* A clear and confident communicator with the ability to explain complex data in to simple and meaningful messages.
* Possess strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Experience of working within a commercial environment, sales or marketing.
* Able to demonstrate proven B2B marketing experience.
* Excellent copywriting skills.
* Be able to manage numerous projects simultaneously to a high standard and to agreed deadline.
* Have a general appreciation of systems such as Jicreg, TGI, Telmar, Omniture or similar.
* Well developed communication skills, a creative mind, a strong eye for detail and the ability to work as part of a team.

My client is looking for a Expenses Coordinator to work with an established and successful business based in Chorley on a 12 month fixed contract. You will be joining a purchase ledger team and will be reporting directly to the group transactional manager. The purpose of the role is to process and pay staff expenses in a timely and accurate manner and your main responsibilities will include:
• Post and process staff expenses to the purchase ledger system within a timeframe agreed with the Group Transactions Manager
• Monitor the aged profile of expenses balances and investigate and resolve old balances on a timely basis with timely communication to the claimants
• Ensure all transactions are appropriately authorised and processed within published timetables
• Develop a full understanding of the Expenses policy and to recommend improvements
• Develop a full understanding of the Expenses process and systems to highlight any control weaknesses and to recommend, and assist with implementing improvements
• Create fortnightly expense payment batches in a timely manner
• Undertake ad-hoc and project work as requested by the Group Transactions Manager
The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, high professional standards of conduct as well as being an excellent team player. You must have excellent organisational skills and be competent with I.T systems and will have strong excel experience. .Previous purchase expenses experience is essential. Having used great plains would be advantageous.
