Our client is a Commercial Insurance Brokerage based in Enfield, Who are looking to take on a New Business focussed sales Executive.

As the Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of clients, and providing expert advice to clients on their insurance requirements and levels of risk exposure.
Your business would come from leads that would be provided by the lead generation team, so very little cold calling would be required.
All business produced would become part of your own client bank, you would be responsible for servicing all clients ongoing which would also pay you bonus on retention / renewals.

Skills required:
2+ year's experience within the general Insurance industry, working within a commercial brokerage.
Good technical knowledge of commercial insurance classes.

1. To engage directly with customers through Work Focused Interviews, to provide advice, guidance and support to ensure progression towards identified goals and employment objectives.

7. Cold calls and employer visits to create employer relationships and source vacancies before advertisement.

8. To source employer vacancies that match the job goals of customers and meet the targets set for job outcomes.

9. Record Job Starts on IT system / ensure required paperwork is completed for outcome.

10. Maintain contact with customer and provide in work support or alternative vacancy as required.

11. To maintain customers’ records for WP to ensure audit and quality compliance that meets the needs of contract holders.

Sales experience is essential. The role will start with cold calling and meeting clients to create new business.
