Reporting to the Sales Contracts Manager, the key purpose of the Project Manager role is to provide advice and council with pre contractual customer engagement and project management of major new sales contracts implementation whilst ensuring Arco meet customer’s quality needs.

The key responsibilities of the Project Manager will include:

• Project Management of new contracts implementation process
• Working closely with procurement, marketing and S&OP teams and overseeing the large contract tender process
• Define sales contracts projects scope in collaboration with Contracts Manager and Key Stakeholders, and estimate the resources that will be required
• Monitor and manage day-to-day operational aspects of all contracts projects including the logging and tracking of risks, issues, budget spends, change requests and time
• Provide Sales Contracts Manager with up to date weekly status report on all assigned sales contracts projects and provide feed into IT Programme Manager for wider knowledge sharing

Highly experienced within Project Management, the ideal candidate will hold a Prince 2 Practitioner qualification or similar and have a strong commercial background. With strong time management and self organisational skills, the Project Manager role requires good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills also. You will possess excellent written and oral communication, influencing and presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and precisely with Key Stakeholders at all levels. A Project Manager with Sales Contract implementation experience would be advantageous, however not essential.
