Our client, a leading, well established residential developer, has a requirement for a Sales Manager to join their busy North East based team.

New build residential experience is essential and the ideal candidate will be strong, self motivated and driven with good leadership skills.

You must have an in depth knowledge of the housing market, competitor activity, residential property product range and strategies for sales. The role will involve managing and overseeing a team of sales negotiators and a portfolio of new build development sites.

Your responsibilities would include:

-Managing the area sales team, optimising selling opportunities and monitoring and maximising sales performance
-Developing the sales team and ensuring all staff are equipped with the competencies necessary to perform their role.
-Ensuring the effective launch and marketing of all new sites.
