International Business Intelligence Consultant
Salary £47,000 + car allowance
Location West Berkshire

The objective of this position is to help them install its Business Intelligence solution primarily in the UK market and support the sales process with excellent industry and technology pre-sales knowledge of BI.
The focus of the role will be to contribute to the design, development and testing of enterprise solutions including all aspects of Microsoft’s Business Intelligence stack of products including SharePoint 2010, SQL Server 2008 R2 and Powerpivot.
It’s critical to have proven Microsoft Business Intelligence including tools used to tailor the solution for customers - SharePoint 2010 Performance Point, SQL Server 2008 R2 Reporting Services and Powerpivot.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Architecting and leading ADP Advanced version solution using Microsoft SharePoint platform
2. Creating functional design specifications, implementation and testing
3. Working closely with customers to understand and manage expectations
4. Develop a knowledge base on ADP Business Intelligence technologies
5. Support installation of product in market
6. Support the transfer knowledge for local consultants for general deployment
KEY RESULT AREAS: Measures of Success
1. Business Intelligence proposition and package are set and communicated
2. Grow Business Intelligence business volume
3. Business Intelligence Advanced version roled out in the UK market
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree
Specialist / Technical Knowledge or Experience:
SharePoint 2010 architecture experience
SharePoint 2010 implementation and deployment experience including creation of custom web parts
Experience building business intelligence solutions using Performance Point, reportings services and Powerpivot
Experience using excel services and visio services building when building strategy maps and ad hoc dashboards for users - Excellent consulting skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of associates
Be driven by process to ensure each launch is completed thoroughly and accurately
