We are currently looking for a Nursery Teacher to join one of our schools in Richmond for the summer term and possibly longer.

The school is two-form entry and has been rated as 'Good' by Ofsted. It is in a good location, close to transport links. There is a very supportive staff and leadership team with a friendly and inclusive atmosphere around the school.

They are looking for an experienced Nursery Teacher with a good knowledge of the UK EYFS National Curriculum. It is essential that you have the ability to inspire and motivate children to prepare them for primary education and have the desire to get included in all aspects of school life. The nursery has three other members of staff and the team are very welcoming.

If you are an Overseas Trained Nursery Teacher or a Newly Qualified Nursery Teacher, you are welcome to apply but you must have UK QTS and show that you have the relevant experience teaching in nursery.

You will be responsible for the wellbeing of residents within the home, ensuring that their, physical, emotional and social needs is met, whilst helping them to achieve their full capabilities.

You must have a genuine interest in providing high quality, person centred care. You must be registered with the NMC, have excellent communication skills, be motivated and professional. Main duties include clinical assessments, control and administration of medication, hands on delivery of person centred care. You will be required to give guidance, supervision and training to other staff and provide clinical support as required. Previous experience of working in a care home desirable but not essential

We provide on the job support and training, plus support to maintain your PREP requirements.

You will be expected to work as per the Home's Rota and have a flexible approach to covering shifts. Full time staff are expected to work one weekend in two, or one day every weekend.
