Salary: £21,000 - £22,500 depending on experience

About the role:
The role of Technical Support Advisor offers real diversity and variety, where one minute you’ll be providing first line technical support to customers on their online products and the next you’re assisting in testing new online products. Strong communication skills are at the heart of this role as you’ll have constant interaction and engagement with a variety of customers. This role is perfect for an experienced Customer Service / Technical Support Advisor, ready to take on a new challenge in a growing team at our client.
About you:
To be successful in this role you’ll be able to demonstrate technical knowledge for supporting web based information products while obtaining strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal, along with first class accuracy skills. You’ll also have experience in and the ability to accurately and consistently record in Salesforce/SAP/IT logging system (as appropriate).
