A long established specialist manufacturing company in the Teesside area is looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join their chemical engineering team on a permanent basis.

In the role of Chemical Process Engineer, you will be involved in leading plant based improvement projects and project commissioning, assessing plant and operational changes according to current Health & Safety and Environmental requirements and recognising and developing opportunities to improve both process and operational plant availability and reliability.

You will have a Chemical Engineering degree and will have significant experience in Chemical Process Engineering, ideally in a manufacturing environment and will be confident working in unsupervised situations. Excellent all-round communication skills, problem solving experience and a passion for technical matters will be crucial to your success in this job.

A long established manufacturing company is expanding their maintenance team and has an opportunity for an experienced technician to join the team in Teesside on a permanent basis.

The role of Maintenance Technician with this company requires a multi disciplined background. Experience with both Mechanical and Electrical maintenance is desirable. However, a bias towards either specialism will be considered. Duties will include, but are not limited to, planned preventative and reactive maintenance, updating schedules and basic admin, ensuring correct handover procedures are followed at shift changes and working efficiently with the team to ensure breakdowns and plant downtime are kept to the minimum.

You will ideally be Time Served and have proven skills in maintenance engineering, with a combination of Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic or Fabrication. You will also have significant experience in manufacturing and production environments, working in a team and independently. You will be happy working on a shift system and overtime is often available.
