To be considered for this role you MUST have:
* Strong commercial experience of developing database driven web/desktop applications using C# and ASP.Net.
* Commercial experience of SQL Server - using it as the backend database to development completed. This will include experience of tSQL (writing stored procedures from scratch, creating triggers, indexes, views, functions... etc).
* Experience of XML Web Services, AJAX, HTML and CSS.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Applicants must be able to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical personnel at all levels.
* Ability to prioritise and reprioritise workloads as required.
Additional skills which would be BENEFICIAL:
* Experience/knowledge of working on mobile friendly solutions/portals.

We are looking for a Finance Manager with the following skills and experience;
• Qualified Accountant ACA.
• Experience of M&A desirable but not essential.
• Must have commercial experience, preparing management accounts, budgets & business support.
• Strong and experienced people manager.
• An eye for detail, accuracy and presentation is essential.
• As is the ability to review decisions, analysis and demonstrate critical thinking in the bigger picture.
• Experience of influencing and communicating effectively with senior managers, directors and advisor's.
• Ability to make and be accountable for decisions.
• Capable of working with and developing operational financial models.
• A positive outlook with a can-do attitude, willing to embrace change, new challenges & strive for continuous improvement will be essential to succeed in the role.
• Ability to see a project through from beginning to end with a tenacious approach.
• Ability to work to and meet tight, often changing or conflicting deadlines.
• Experience in a high growth, fast paced, continuously challenging dynamic environment.

The successful Teaching Assistant will be expected to support an ASD pupil in Year 7. Due to statement funding, they require 1:1 support for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon. You will work closely with the class teacher to implement IBPs and to liaise with the school SENCO on the pupil's development. You will need to have broad experience of working with similar pupils in a mainstream education setting and have the compassion to support and nurture each pupil.
To be considered for this Teaching Assistant post you will:
- Have a minimum of 6 months referenceable experience of supporting SEN pupils in the last 2 years
- Hold Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Have an ability to work as part of a team coordinating the care of a pupil (including class teacher, parents and outside agencies
- Have the ability to implement and contribute to IBPs
