Our client, who specialise in the social housing repairs and maintenance sector, are looking for a site manager for their housing regeneration project in the Manchester region. You will be responsible for overseeing trade and labour operatives as well as specialist subcontractors, covering internal works – kitchens, bathrooms, re wires and redecoration works, as well as external works – roofs, doors and windows. You will have a proven track record in the decent homes/refurbishment sector and will be able to provide up to date references. You will ideally have up to date 1st Aid, CSCS and SMSTS qualification and live in the Manchester region. Our client are looking for the successful candidate to start work in early June 2013.
