We are seeking a Digital Planner for a superb role based in Macclesfield. To be considered you will be experienced in all things to do with digital marketing and you will plan, deliver and measure online marketing strategies for client Campaigns. You will work in the contact strategy team, you will report to the Senior Digital Strategist, supporting team and account management functions in development of successful programs. You will have digital passion and be able to create engaging and interactive campaigns utilising advanced digital channels to help brands target, engage, convert and keep customers. Your responsibilities will include:

* Working with leaders of client team, help convince clients of value of digital marketing services to their business - help them define needs and potential solutions and guiding clients in defining their digital vision
* Channel integration with Web sites and landing pages to ensure consistent user journeys from referring channels / media
* Planning / implementation of integrated marketing campaigns (both offline & online channels) including search, affiliates, display advertising, mobile, social media, direct mail, email, telemarketing, content marketing, landing pages and websites
* Campaign and Web optimisation using testing technologies and tools; playing active role in new business proposals and presentations
* Campaign content planning to ensure effective integration of assets including e-books, whitepapers, infographics, Webinars, etc; providing campaign performance reporting and analysis to clients
* Online research / insight gathering using Google tools such as Analytics, Keyword tool and Insights for market and brand intelligence
* Campaign media planning, budgeting and ROI (proposal development, etc)
* Display media strategies utilising online journals, ad networks and retargeting / contextual approaches
* Plan, manage and optimise campaigns through Google AdWords in paid search, display and remarketing
* Developing total understanding of client's target audiences so segmented campaign strategies can be developed
* Developing online lead generation strategies and techniques
* Web analytics set-up and management to ensure campaigns are tracked effectively and deliver against client KPI's
* SEO best practice to ensure content optimisation

Essential

* Experience of digital channels including SEO, PPC, mobile, display, social media and email
* Campaign management experience
* Commercial experience in digital marketing within an advertising or digital agency
* Web user experience
* Google Analytics (including campaign tagging and tracking) and ideally Google Adwords certified

Desirable

* Knowledge of campaign automation tools (Eloqua, Marketo, etc)
* B2B marketing experience
* Lead scoring and nurturing technique
* Knowledge of CRM (ideally Salesforce.com) and email systems
