Quality Manager A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Quality Manager to join a leading tier one automotive supplier based in Luton, Bedfordshire. The Quality Manager will have overall responsibilities for leading all activities relating to the product quality of the supplier and manufacturing of all parts at their site in Luton. You will be accountable for areas such as: * Customer quality and internal scrap reduction * Continuous improvement activities * Cost reduction programs, productivity improvements, and the implementation of initiatives to align with business goals. *�Develop a site budget that is in line with the overall goals of the business * Develop short and long range vision for the site quality department * Accurately report the quality performance metrics * Obtain and maintain ISO/TS 16949 certification You will be an experienced Quality manager having worked in fast paced, high quality/regulated arenas (ideally automotive). You will be a strong man manager, able to provide leadership and change culture. You will also have experience with processes such as Six Sigma and lean methodologies. The successful candidate will benefit from a competitive basic salary of circa �50,000 pa plus excellent benefits, including competitive pension, bonus and 25 days holiday a year (moving to 29 days with service). Quality Supervisor- Luton- �40,000 + excellent benefits A leading automotive tier one supplier is currently looking to recruit a Quality Supervisor to support their Group Quality Manager in their day to day operations. Based from Luton, the Quality Supervisor will be responsible for a team of six quality professionals and will be involved in driving continuous improvement in production processes. He/she will be responsible for TS16949 systems maintenance and supplier quality. The role will suit a Senior Quality Engineer or team leader wanting to step up or a more experienced Quality Manager. You will have experience supervising/team leading and will be a strong problem solver. Ideally a good understanding (Green Belt) in Six Sigma methodologies would be beneficial (although not essential). The company are offering a competitive salary of circa �40,000 pa plus excellent benefits including 25 days holiday, great pension and annual bonus scheme.
