Our client is an International company who deliver efficient energy technology to the Global electronics, automotive and stationary Power Markets is looking for a Principal Embedded Software Engineer to join their growing team.
The successful candidate must have a degree in engineering or similar. Must have VERY strong embedded C skills, embedded C development, embedded controllers. Experience Designing and building control systems using micro controls, DSP technology or automotive ECU's. Testing and commissioning of systems. Must have experience in Real time control hardware and software, working knowledge of RS232, SPI, USB and CAN, Visual studio and C#.
The role will include development of embedded software and control systems for fuel cell systems used in stationary and back-up power systems. Fault finding, diagnostics, and system software design. With this continued growth, they now have opportunities available for a Deputy Manager and a Team Leader

Deputy Manager £9.68 p/hr – £12.00 p/hr

Within this role you will assist the Registered Manager in achieving the aims and objectives set out in the Statement of Purpose. Deputising in the absence of the Registered Manager, you will ensure that each Young Person has an allocated key worker, making certain staff are aware of each child’s placement plan and their responsibilities for its implementation. You will manage your staff and ensure systems are developed to ensure the effective allocation of resources.

Candidates for this role will be educated to GSCE standard and will hold an NVQ 3 in caring for Children & Young People and ideally working towards NVQ 4. Experience within a supervisory role and working within a residential setting with Young People with challenging behaviours is essential. Counselling Skills, Drugs Awareness Training and experience of acting as an appropriate adult (PACE) would be desirable, however is not essential.

Team Leader £7.50 p/hr - £10.40 p/hr + Sleep Allowance

Within this role you will assist the Deputy Manager in achieving the aims and objectives set out in the Statement of Purpose. You will ensure each shift is planned and resources are allocated ensuring the staff team are able to meet the needs of Children & Young People. Leading a team you will ensure systems are developed to ensure the effective allocation of resources and will promote the efficient and effective operation of the Home.
