You will need to have broad experience of working with similar pupils in a mainstream education setting and have the compassion to support and nurture each pupil.

- Have a minimum of 6 months referenceable experience of supporting SEN pupils in the last 2 years
- Hold Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Have an ability to work as part of a team coordinating the care of a pupil (including class teacher, parents and outside agencies
