Macildowie are partnering a market leading FMCG business based near Lincoln in their search to appoint a Head of Finance to support the organisation as they head into a period of planned expansion into new customers & territories.
Reporting in the Chief Financial Officer you will play a pivotal role sitting as a member of the business leadership team responsible for driving effective business performance through strong ongoing leadership and a variety of value added projects. You & your team will be responsible for ensuring the accurate & timely delivery of first class financial information through regular reporting. Your reports will be used by the wider business to determine effective ‘course of action’ across the entire business. You will be technically competent along with the gravitas to embed yourself in the business as a trusted advisor to all areas of the business (including sales, operations, logistics, production).
This is an exciting opportunity for an established Finance Manager, Financial Controller / Director to secure a role with a business with true market share in their sector looking to continue to expand.

Are you currently looking for a new and exciting permanent nursing position? Precedo Healthcare is currently searching for a Registered Mental Health or General Nurse for a Full Time Permanent position with central Lincoln. The role is working within an EMI Nursing and Residential home. The home is well run and has a fantastic reputation regarding the care given to residents and brilliant working atmosphere. It is close by to local amenities and easily accessible by Car, Bus or Train. The role will consist of three 12 hours nights shifts across the week and will include two weekends out of four on a rota basis. We will enable you to make all the decisions relating to your recruitment business:
1. The type of recruitment you do temps or perms - we have experience of both
2. Targets - set your own targets.
3. How much money you want to make - take the money out of the business or invest back in`.
4. Where you work - home, serviced office - your choice
5. Who you work with and when the right time to hire someone is
6. Which clients to deal with and what fee structure is right for you
Your aspirations may be to free up more time whilst still maintaining a high income level or to build a recruitment business to sell for a million (or two!). We can help you whatever your aims.
Charges
There is no set up fee, the investment is made by us (think 'Dragon's Den!). The recruiter retains 70% of billings and 100% equity in their recruitment company. This is not a franchise, there are no upfront costs - we make our money by making a good investment decision - in you!
