Are you currently looking for a new and exciting permanent nursing position? Precedo Healthcare is currently searching for a Registered Mental Health or General Nurse for a Full Time Permanent position with central Lincoln. The role is working within an EMI Nursing and Residential home. The home is well run and has a fantastic reputation regarding the care given to residents and brilliant working atmosphere. It is close by to local amenities and easily accessible by Car, Bus or Train. The role will consist of three 12 hours nights shifts across the week and will include two weekends out of four on a rota basis. Suitable candidates will: .Have a flexible approach to work .Good leadership skills .Experience of leading a team in a manager absence .Be willing to undertake a DBS check (previously CRB) .Be able to provide their NMC Statement of Entry and Pin .Have excellent communication skills .Must have at least 6 months experience in a similar setting or experience with the elderly and mental health .Be able to provide details of at least 2 employment references including most recent or current employer .Be self motivated, driven and of a caring nature .Be committed to delivering excellence in care If you meet the above criteria and are looking for a new position please call Ben on immediately to discuss the role further.
