The key purpose of the role is to be responsible for driving and optimising the growth and potential on a Key Account across theUK. The role holder will work closely with the Account Director to ensure that the contracts potential is optimised and that service levels are achieved.
Key duties of the position are:
* Visiting the UK Branch network to set financial and behavioural objectives
* Meeting financial targets based on GP growth
* Supporting UK Branch client visits
* Arranging quarterly client HR Seminars
* Design and implementation of a client marketing strategy
* Ensuring the delivery of a high quality service to all aspects of the client
* Management of a 'top level' prospect list
* Dealing with customers via the telephone in an efficient and professional manner
* Ensuring systems/procedures are kept up to date
* Management of monthly workshops / sales days
Your key attributes are:
* Ideally 12 months Recruitment background
* Experience of managing a driving key accounts - ideally Public sector
* Strong relationship building skills
* Knowledge of the recruitment sales cycle
* Excellent management and people skills
* The ability to get on with people and an ability to influence them
* Strong business acumen
* An eye for detail, process driven
* A good sense of humour
* A "team player"
* Proactive, direct approach to recruitment

Site Services Engineer / Environmental Manager, to £30k

Position: Site Services and Environmental Manager
Location: Leicester
Salary: £25 - £30k per annum
ROLE:
The role of the Site Services Engineer / Maintenance Manager is to co-ordinate and manage all aspects of site maintenance and agreed machinery maintenance and be responsible for doing so in accordance with Environmental 14001 regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Carry out reactive maintenance work and be on call for handling emergencies.
b) Maintain plant and machinery to improve energy efficiency and reduce overheads. Deal with enforcing authorities, liability assessors and insurers. Calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money.
c) Project management and supervising and coordinating work of contractors. Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies
d) Ensuring the buildings meet Health and Safety Regulations and Environmental standard ISO 14001. Management of waste streams in line with legislation. I
e) Planning best allocation and utilisation of space and resources for new buildings, or reorganising current premises. Project manages equipment moves and plant changes, ensuring safe systems of work are in place for all operations.
f) Responsibility for direct site maintenance budget
g) Co ordinate and evaluate site security on a regular basis.
h) Management of cleaning team and provision of associated supplies.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Proven project management skills and knowledge and experience of site maintenance.
b) Experience of environmental management with knowledge of ISO 14001 requirements.
c) Methodical approach to planning and organising and good time management.
d) Pro-active and Self driven; Meticulous with details.
e) Excellent interpersonal skills to form good working relationships with colleagues and contractors.
f) Able to organise, manage and support staff. Able to build relationships at all levels internally and with outside suppliers and contractors.
g) Working knowledge of Health & Safety at Work Act with particular relevance to contractors.
h) Be able to respond to emergency call-out within 45 minutes and therefore live within an appropriate radius of the businesses.
