ABC Teachers are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work at a Special School in Leek.

The pupil needs range from MLD, SLD, ASD, PMLD, Physical disabilities. There is also a requirement for personal care so you will need to be happy to assist with this.

The ideal candidate will need to be level 3 qualified and have previous experience of dealing with children that have special educational needs.

Minimum requirements
*Qualified to a level 2 (with extensive experience) or 3
*At least 60 days experience within a similar environment
*Experience working with children that have severe learning difficulties
*Enhanced CRB disclosure
*Available to potentially work 5 days depending on the schools requests

There will also be other opportunities to work in local areas such as Stoke on Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme.

Successful applicants will be invited to register with Abc Teachers. Registration involves an enhanced police disclosure, identify checks and professional references.
