Our client is a rapidly growing technology business, operating in a dynamic sector of the economy and looking to scale quickly to respond to demand from both existing and new customers. Due to an increase in client numbers, we are seeking to recruit an Implementation Consultant and increase bandwidth in their IT consulting team. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience of operating in the financial services space, with a successful track record of leading new client implementations. Naturally, you need to be comfortable in front of customers and capable of performing the following tasks to a high level:
Functional lead on new client implementations and change processes, including, but not limited to, capturing requirements and configuration of client instances of the package;
Documenting requirements for change to systems and processes;
Working alongside IT Designers to ensure functional change is reflected accurately in detailed specifications;
Working alongside the internal and/or client test teams in testing/proving configured instances and change items;
Client training and user acceptance testing support;
Client support - acting in some aspects as the day-to-day "go to" contact in respect of systems performance.
With relevant implementation experience previously and all the communication skills necessary to interact with people at all levels, you will be looking to join a fast growing and innovative technology provider to progress your career still further.
Location: flexible - ideally within easy reach of our client's head office in Yorkshire, but with flexibility to travel to and spend extended periods on client sites across the UK and potentially abroad in the future.
